WHAT THE MAP ACTUALLY SHOWS
Geographic features are downloaded from public agency services, checked for complete responses and served as reviewed snapshots. Retrieval date is not the source’s measurement date. Geometry is simplified for display; use official records for parcel, insurance or emergency decisions.
Public GIS inventory; footprints do not establish amenities, maintenance or accessibility.
Points represent the center of each facility footprint, not necessarily an entrance. Hours are not live.
Physical inventory, not a water-quality advisory or indication that swimming is safe.
Existing inventory, not new homes, available units or a current waiting list. A mapped location may represent multiple properties or units.
Zoning is not an entitlement, permit or completed development. Check current ordinances with city planning.
Planned land use may differ from actual development on the ground.
Last edited May 2024. Source status is historical and must not be read as the current construction or approval status.
PCI 0–100. Dataset edition and inspection date differ; some ratings may be carried forward or modeled. The survey networks differ between editions.
Infrastructure inventory, not an operational-status or water-flow feed.
Shows inventoried drainage infrastructure at neighborhood zoom. No claim about blockages, maintenance, capacity or current flooding.
1,368 mapped of 1,725 source city crash records; 357 lack usable coordinates. Includes no-injury records. Historical reported crashes, not live traffic, all crashes or neighborhood risk rates. Severity derives only from recorded killed/injured counts.
Facility-footprint centers, not a measure of response time, apparatus availability or guaranteed service coverage.
Public facility locations, not crime incidents or staffed opening hours.
These are patrol boundaries. No crime counts or risk ranking have been assigned to individual beats.
Hazard designation, not live flooding, a property-specific determination or an insurance quote. Review the dated source and official map.
Five reviewed October 2026 events, matched to official venue footprints. Display points are approximate venue centers, not event entrances. Expired events are hidden; this is not a complete calendar.
Planning area, not a current tsunami warning, evacuation order or arrival forecast. Follow official emergency instructions.
Hazard overlays are clipped to a rectangular city-vicinity area, not the municipal boundary. Tsunami geometry modified from California Geological Survey, Official GIS data of the Tsunami Hazard Area; original county maps released 2021. These simplified derivatives are not official legal disclosure maps.
Citywide crime or homelessness totals are not spread across neighborhoods to make a heat map. Facility locations do not measure response time. Planned projects are not completed homes. Hazard zones are not live emergencies. Some official inventories are years old; their dates are preserved rather than relabeled as current.
